xbox wont connect to epic games

I tried signed in using my Xbox credentials but than it says '' we dont have enough credentials blah blah'' i tried connecting my Xbox to my account but it says that someone else is signed in

Are you trying to connect your Xbox account to your Epic Games account on console, on the Epic Games Launcher or on the Epic Games website?

Please share as many information as possible - as well as screenshot of the errors, if possible - so I can better help you with this.

Maybe you can help me please. My son has always been playing Fortnite on his PC. He visted my brother and enjoyed playing Fortnite on teh xbox so much he bought himself one. So today it arrived, we spent 3 hours downloading and logging in and then somehow we messed up the linking.

Here is what we did.

So what we did was de-linked my brothers x box from his epic games account, and then linked the new xbox to my parental account on xbox instead of his account on xbox. He says we now have to wait a year to un-link it from my parental account to link his account. Surely that cannot be the case, Please help

i have my xbox account but i made my epic account with my xbox live account but when it got hacked they deleted my xbox account of epic so i cant login and epic doesnt care

So to clarify. Its your Epic games account you are trying to recover and NOT your Xbox live profile correct?

If this is the case then the one and only people who have the capability of assisting would be Epic Games support.

Microsoft cannot help you with your Epic Games account.

If Epic games wont assist then unfortunately nothing else can be done.

I am logged in to one account but this account is not connected with xbox. If i want to connect these acounts, Epic Games write me that my xbox account is connected with another epic games account but i don´t know, with which account. My question is .. How can i found out which epic games account i am connected to?
