Xbox won't connect to any monitors.

Have you tried unplugging all of it and plugging it back in to see if it catches the signal again? If you have and it didn't work, you may want to contact the seller to get a replacement..

the only problem with connecting it via HDMI to DVI is that you won't be able to get any sound without connecting optical speakers to your 360 via the optical out or if your monitor has an optical in port.

If you mean connecting your Xbox console to a laptop to use it as a monitor, then unfortunately, it won't work, as the HDMI ports on laptops are usually output and not input.

On the other hand, if you mean using an independent monitor (not a laptop monitor, for example), then it will be sufficient to simply connect the HDMI cable to the monitor's port, just as you would when connecting the console to a TV.

I have tried everything, I cant reset it because nothing will show up on my screen.....
