Xbox wont connect blocked and failed

Hey one day when I was suddenly when I was testing my network it came blocked and failed then I tried to factory reset the network plz I have been playing 5 months offline and recently I bougth gta 5 last to last month and I finished the game but cant play online my network is fine it connects to TV and mobile

Plz help me and tell

So if I buy a wire and connect my xbox and router together will it work

Ex I am connecting my wifi by wire

I just want an answer plz tell

I dont want to waste money by buying it and not working plz tell

try erasing the wireless connection setting for your phone from your xbox

Good Morning!

This issue is related to your smartphone wifi. Try change your password (set wpa password maybe).

After that u maybe have problems with internet browsing permissions of your mobile carrier. The carrier probably does not allow you to browse the domains required to use xbox live services.

Also, u can reach support team following these simple steps (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us#0:2:4):

Sign in to Xbox.com

Step 1: Scroll down and select Support at the bottom left under Xbox.
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.
Step 3: Select Xbox, then "View Other Options"
Step 4: Select your problem
Select - "Show contact options"
Select - Request Support Call

My status says:

Network: Connected

Internet: Failed

Xbox Live: Blocked

My xbox is up to date. it has the latest update. The problem on occured after recent xbox live dashboard update. Its weird cause sometimes it connects and other times it wont. Every time it wont I run the connection test and it fails to connect to xbox live
but is connected to the internet. Very frustrating.
