    xbox wont appear on windows 10 app


    I've been trying to connect my Xbox one to my window's 10 app but it wont work. I have tried entering the i.p address, changing the names of my networks so I can have them on the same connection. The smart class option under preferences wont appear on my
    Xbox one setting either. Anyone that can help.

    The game doesn't appear in my Windows Library

    On your Windows 10 PC, games will appear in “My Library.” on the Xbox app. Have you double checked there?

    Did you hard reset your Xbox yet? (Hold down power button till its off)

    I have to do this every time I want to stream to my PC. Also I need to remove my Xbox from the app and reapply it after the hard reset.

    There was a sticky in the old forums about that, but dont know where to find it now. This bug seems to be there since at least 3 months if not half a year, still no fix^^

    Are you sure they're actually on the same network?

    Yes they are on the same network. As I explained aboved I even changed my networks names and password so that there was no chance to get them confused.
