Xbox won’t allow Roblox to work

My son has been playing Roblox on PC for a while without any issues. I put Roblox on the xbox one and it won’t allow him to play. He signed in using his normal Roblox credentials, but it says that the Family settings won’t allow him on. I checked everything
and he should be allowed. One setting for broadcasting gameplay won’t allow him to do it because he’s 9 even if I allow it. How do I fix this so he can play a game designed for kids?

Sign in to Xbox.com

Step 1: Scroll down and select Support at the bottom left under Xbox.
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.
Step 3: Select Account & Billing, then "View Other Options"
Step 4: Select your problem
Select - "Show contact options"
Select - Request Support Call

This didn’t help at all. I’m on my Xbox, & it won’t let me log into my roblox app. Nothing you said above works. I got a Verizon redeem code & can’t sign into Roblox.com or the roblox app. So been searching everywhere to enter in the code in Roblox on my Xbox & there isn’t a place to do it on my console. This is total bs

never played xbox roblox, so idk if it has ads, but u should be allowed to since roblox IS on xbox.

Thank you for your reply. I will try this, but can you tell me why all of my other games will download normally but Roblox won’t? How will resetting my router fix the issue for Roblox?

Ms/MCMultiplayerhelp) i then changed everything to allow. And it still won’t work
