Xbox won't allow me to unblock someone

Discus and support Xbox won't allow me to unblock someone in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So after I blocked a friend by mistake, I've been having a major issue.     Xbox won't allow me to unblock someone


    So after I blocked a friend by mistake, I've been having a major issue. I'll click unblock, but it keeps blocking them again. They'll be on my friends list, but it gives me an option to unblock them still. We can't talk in a party, and it won't allow me
    to unblock them.

    @hister only you would be able to send them a message to unblock them. they can not send you a message because it will be blocked

    tried that. I unblocked them and it does, but after a few seconds it blocks them again
