Xbox won't acknowledge I have EA access subscription

Discus and support Xbox won't acknowledge I have EA access subscription in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; SO, another day, another Xbox update, download and install that, then it tells me that I only have 1 subscription, to gold, not EA access as well....     Xbox won't acknowledge I have EA access subscription


    SO, another day, another Xbox update, download and install that, then it tells me that I only have 1 subscription, to gold, not EA access as well. click on the app and its telling me to subscribe, so I go and check on microsoft my subscriptions and I'm subscribed
    to EA access and it isnt due for renewal until the 1st October. Hard reset the xbox, and still nothing, cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled the app, same. Any ideas?

    I am having a similar problem. My subscription expires next April but every time I open EA Access I am asked to sign up at the welcome screen. My Games & Apps acknowledges that I have an EA Access subscription and every game I downloaded within the program
    launches, as opposed to now asking me if I own the disc. The only problem seems to be with the actual EA Access app. I tried reinstalling it but I can't get past the sign up screen. Sure, my existing EA Access stuff launches without any problems, but I have
    11 months left and anything EA puts in the Vault within the next year is currently off the table for me.

    onyx62is is right. The free trial offer to play fifa 16 have already ended months ago. But if you have an EA access subscription. You could download the and play the game by going to the EA vault through the EA access app. But you need to have an active
    EA subscription. If you said that you have an inactive EA subscription.

    I would suggest contacting chat support so they could check and confirm if your EA access subscription is still active or temporarily suspended(maybe due to billing issues). EA support have nothing to do with EA subscription. They will just direct you back
    to contact Xbox Support. All subscriptions are handled by Xbox support. Unless the subscription is bought through a third party website.

    You won't have Gamepass.

    Gamepass is a subscription that provides access to a library of games that can be played without purchasing them. Similar to Netflix.

    While "Gamepass Ultimate" provided access to that same library and also gives access to Xbox Gold and EA Play.

    Ea Play is also like gamepass that offers their own game library that can be accessed while the Subscription is active.

    With Gamepass Ultimate, you'll have Gold, Gamepass, and Ea Play all in one Subscription.

    However, what you purchased (Xbox Live) is Xbox Gold. This is a subscription that provides access to online gaming.

    It is not Gamepass so if you are looking for an active Gamepass after redeeming that 12-month Subscription, Gamepass will not show but Xbox Live or Xbox Gold should show.

    Is that showing up at all?
