    Xbox constantly disconnects

Is your xbox connected wired or wireless?

If you are connected wirelessly then try connected using Ethernet cable to rule out Wi-Fi interference.

    MacBook problem

Is your 360 connecting to the Internet via Wi-Fi or via an ethernet cable? If connecting via Wi-Fi, the MacBooks may be interfering with the 360's wireless signal. That would cause you to disconnect from Xbox Live.

Games not working store not updating

    Hello,

Can you please elaborate more on what you mean by "Not Loading".

Are you using a Wired (Ethernet) or a Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection?

Which device is having the issue?

    Upload Error code 0x80040206

I've been doing some testing again today and managed to upload a game clip by using a Wired connection to my router. I then disconnected and tried uploading again using a WI-FI connection and it failed. Plugged the Ethernet cable back in and it worked again.
So this is possibly a wi-fi related problem. I going to try and change wi-fi channel and see if it fixes it with wireless connection.

    Hi jaden.s,

Thanks for the update. Wi-Fi extenders are known to cause issues with Xbox One devices and connectivity. Try removing the extender from your network and connecting your console via wireless or ethernet cable.

    Please keep us updated.
