Xbox Wireless Network Connection Issues

I've had my Xbox One for a few years now and it has been pretty good to me but recently a problem has popped up. For the last few mornings, when I turn on my Xbox it can't find any wireless networks to connect to. The first time it happened I went straight
to network settings assuming that the console had run an update and had just forgotten the network, but when I went to setup the network, the Xbox couldn't find any wireless networks to connect, showing just a blank screen where the available networks should
have been. I tried to manually input the pertinent network information and was immediately told that no network could be found, even though my phone and PC were both connected the network I wanted, as well as showing multiple other available networks, and
were in the same room as my Xbox. I hard restarted the Xbox and the problem resolved itself and I assumed it was just a one time thing. The next morning the same thing happened and wasn't resolved until the Xbox was hard restarted. A couple more days of that
continued and then it got worse. In the middle of an online game with a friend my wireless stopped working and my connection to Xbox Live and everything else was instantly dropped. The night before that I had preemptively restarted and unplugged my Xbox before
going to bed, so that when I turned it on the morning it would be fine for the day. But two hours later it stopped working in the middle of the game. Yesterday, the wireless connection dropped, and interrupted games 3 times, once in the late morning, once
in the afternoon, and once in the evening, about 3-5 hours apart. This morning another hard restart was required to get the Xbox to function normally.

Has anyone else ever experienced anything similar to this, and is there a way to fix it so that I don't have to purchase a new console? Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.
