headset can be used with compatible Windows 10 PC's and may need an Xbox wireless adapter for Windows.

Windows 10 use requires Bluetooth 4.2+, Xbox Wireless adapter or compatible USB-C cable. Each sold separately, explaining why both the adapter and cable weren't included with the headset.

Thanks for posting. While streaming your Xbox One to your Windows 10 PC, it is by design that Xbox Live parties are prioritized on Windows 10 at that point.

However, if you own a Micro USB cable or the Xbox One Wireless Controller Adapter for your Windows 10 PC, you can use the Xbox One Chat Headset on Windows 10 for Xbox Live Parties. Check out our

Indeed, I'm using an outdated version of Windows 10, but unfortunately, since my laptop is a company owned one, I cannot update the version myself. I have to wait for my organization to proceed with the update (if any or not)

So, I cannot use the app at all That's too bad since I would like to be able and configure my Xbox wireless headset.
