Xbox Wireless headset, two gamers next to each other

I game next to someone and we play the same games and are in the same parties. We have mic muting set to high on both our headsets but when we talk we can hear each other in the other person's microphone. We are about 6 feet apart and didn't have this issue with our previous Astro headsets. In case there isn't a good solution (we can't move farther apart due to the size of the apartment) is there a place I could submit this feedback to Microsoft? Thanks in advance for any tips!

    :)

Yes, that's definitely what's happening. I'm hoping maybe someone has some tips for this. As I said above, it didn't happen with the previous Astro's. I was hoping the "Auto Mute" feature would help but it doesn't.

With you being so close together you are most probably creating a feedback loop between your headsets. Not really sure what you can do to rectify it.

2 player chat on same xbox

I and my son ran into the same thing today. I bought us both Logitech headsets for Christmas. We are able to play split screen, and we can talk to other members of our party. But we can't hear each other talk. The headsets block out most outside noise,
so even though he and I are sitting right next to each other, we can't coordinate with each other in-game.

Microsoft if you're listening, please add an option that allows two people with headsets, playing on the same console, to chat with each other *through* the headsets.

Xbox one s disconnected from wifi

Wireless connections are susceptible to interference, two xboxes placed next to each other interfere with each other.

You could use a pair of power lines to switch to a wired connection without having long ethernet cables running around the house, there are also power lines with built-in switches so that you can connect more than one device, such as your two xboxes and
    a smart TV.

    2 players

Yes, two people could play online at the same time, both with headsets, and join a party and talk to others, but the two may not be able to hear each other through headsets (because they're on the same console). So both users should be able to hear everyone
else, and everyone else hears both of them, but the two might not be able to hear each other through headsets and would need to rely on hearing each other without microphone/headset.

    I hope this helps.
