    Xbox Wireless Headset often not connecting to bluetooth


    Recently purchased a Xbox Wireless headset to connect to my Xbox One S and laptop simultaneously.

    On the first day everything works swimmingly. It connects to my xbox, it connects to my laptop through bluetooth.

    I have no disconnection issues, it actually has quite a nice reach.

    At the end of the day I usually put my laptop in sleep mode, and turn off my xbox the regular way.

    After a while on multiple occasions when starting up the headset and laptop, they don't connect.

    Xbox and headset connect regularly, no issue here.

    I have tried:

    turning off / on the headset,

    hard resetting the headset,

    turning off / on the laptop's bluetooth,

    update bluetooth's hardware drivers,

    The only thing that seems to solve the issue is restarting the laptop entirely, which has just started up again from sleep mode.

    But this is only temporarily, after 1/2 days it no longer connects again. (and on one occasion it didn't work, had to restart twice)

    Should I try a replacement while I still have warranty, or is it something on my laptop that changes after a while and resets on restart?

    The Xbox 360 Console, doesn't support Bluetooth & only the Wireless Bluetooth Headsets are capable of a Bluetooth connection to Bluetooth Devices etc..

    You will need to use your Apple USB cable to connect to the Xbox 360 Console..

    so this happen when headset is connect to wireless adapter only (remove the Bluetooth connection to my phone)

    When headset disconnect with wireless adapter the connection with Bluetooth(phone) connection with the phone still there. I'm able to reconnect with the adapter anymore. My thought was because of Bluetooth but I don't think that it.

    Don't have controller.
