Xbox wireless headset not working at all

Turn off and disconnect all controllers from the Xbox 360 and disconnect the wireless headsets from the controllers.

Connect the wireless headset to the Xbox 360 using the USB cable. Turn on the wireless headset.

Sync the headset to quadrant 1 by pressing the "Connect" button on the on the Xbox 360. Then press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset for two seconds. Do not continue to press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset, as this will change the
quadrant to which it is connected. If the headset now works without the controllers attached, the problem must be with one of your controllers. If the headset still does not work, then the problem is with the headset.

My headset suddenly told me i had to charge it with that beeping sound. And when i turned it off and put it to charge it won't charge at all. The red light doesn't come on and i cant even start the headset or do anything with it.

This is not good at all since ive only had it for a couple of days without any issues. Anyone got the same problems?

I power on my head set and it just turns off after, I tried connecting to my console to reset it but it just turns off right after I power it on does anyone have this problem?

Plug your headset in you xbox

Press and Hold the mute and power button till you hear a beep.

That should be it

So I ended up getting mine to work again. I did the whole reset process again except this time I plugged in the usb. As soon as I did that it reset properly.

Hard reset fixed it

Just to clarify the instructions plug usb in headset hold mic mute and power buttons down at same time and then whilst still holding buttons plug charger into wall/Xbox. I used the kitchen side as was finding it difficult to hold both buttons and plug it in 🤣
