    Xbox wireless headset keeps disconnecting

Hello I'm having a issue with my Xbox Series X. I have a Kaira Pro wireless gaming headset that keeps disconnecting randomly mid game and the only way to fix the issue is if I restart the xbox. I will hear the headset get a static sound and the game goes super laggy, then the controller also disconnects. I have replaced the controller 3 times and still same issue. The controller and headset both flash so they are staying on but it's like they desync from the xbox? I have updated the firmware and system reset the xbox and I still have the same issue. Anyone have any idea to fox the issue. The headset was purchased 2months ago and unfortunately Microsoft won't give me a refund or exchange... HELPPPPP!

    Thanks!

    :)

anyone help me my wireless headset is stuck on port 2 and wont sync to port 1

Turn off and disconnect all controllers from the Xbox 360 and disconnect the wireless headsets from the controllers.

Connect the wireless headset to the Xbox 360 using the USB cable. Turn on the wireless headset.

Sync the headset to quadrant 1 by pressing the "Connect" button on the on the Xbox 360. Then press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset for two seconds. Do not continue to press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset, as this will change the
quadrant to which it is connected. If the headset now works without the controllers attached, the problem must be with one of your controllers. If the headset still does not work, then the problem is with the headset.

Controller and Headset CONSTANTLY DISCONNECTING from Xbox One X

The headset is wireless so it was not an issue with any of the ports or their cleanliness. All devices were Bluetooth and kept disconnecting from the Xbox randomly. I did a factory reset on my Xbox (keeping games and data) and it seemed to fix it, at least for now.

    Random disconnects from Xbox Live

Do you have a Turtle Beach wireless headset? If so it's probably interfering, disconnect it and try the Xbox f or a bit with the headset TOTALLY unplugged.
