    Xbox Wireless headset keeps disconnecting


    Hi there I just got a razer thresher (a licensed wireless xbox headset) and it was working fine for a while. Ive noticed the last couple of weeks it has been cutting out really bad and even going on a disconecting spree. The headset connects to my pc fine
    and I have no issues using my wired turtle beaches. I have the original Xbox one. Dont know if its the xbox but I should note ive never been able to walk far away from my xbox. I can get maybe 10 feet away from it and it disconnects anything connected to it
    whether it be my controller or headset.

    Turn off and disconnect all controllers from the Xbox 360 and disconnect the wireless headsets from the controllers.

    Connect the wireless headset to the Xbox 360 using the USB cable. Turn on the wireless headset.

    Sync the headset to quadrant 1 by pressing the "Connect" button on the on the Xbox 360. Then press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset for two seconds. Do not continue to press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset, as this will change the
    quadrant to which it is connected. If the headset now works without the controllers attached, the problem must be with one of your controllers. If the headset still does not work, then the problem is with the headset.

    Controller and Headset CONSTANTLY DISCONNECTING from Xbox One X

    The headset is wireless so it was not an issue with any of the ports or their cleanliness. All devices were Bluetooth and kept disconnecting from the Xbox randomly. I did a factory reset on my Xbox (keeping games and data) and it seemed to fix it, at least for now.

    Do you have a Turtle Beach wireless headset? If so it's probably interfering, disconnect it and try the Xbox f or a bit with the headset TOTALLY unplugged.
