Xbox Wireless Headset. Audi to Connection Problems

Just started installing wondows 10 again if this fixes it you guys should print new boxes for the headset and if it doesnt im going to send mine back~

Honestly if the usb adapter is a must you should mention it when people buy it or give 1 in the box.

Remember feeling scammed when buying my first xbox one gamepad specificaly for windows (it freaking sayd for windows on it...)

To find out at home that it only works wired and if i want to use it wirelessly i gotta buy another adapter for 25€ (paid for the gamepad 50...)

Its a joke.

EDIT: just finished with it. Downloaded all updates and the same problem is still here even with damn windows 10 i feel slightly annoyed ><!

Worse the sound is way lower and the damn windows 10 has problems i dont know how to fix ...

Im just going to send it back. Honestly i feel like this is a scam from microsoft. The headset works nothing like it should or like people showd it on youtube.

The sound quality is **** as soon as you want to use the microphone!

Not worth 100 and especially not worth spending other money on this ****!

I did use the trouble shotting tutorial.

The trouble isnt there at all using it wirred to anything BUT! the wire is type C and super short xD and i dont have a longer one,

I Did try other earphones (JBL) and my Sounbar (Sony) work perfectly fine.

I Have removed all my bluetooth things too just to make sure it doesnt have a problem with it.

I am using Windows 11 because it auto installed itself. (My PC is about 1 month old)...

I honestly dont want to buy external hardware just to fix something that should just work.

The headset works perfectly fine on my one X.

And it kinda works on my phone. (does the hendsfree thing but i think thats normal? while doing a call)

Turn off and disconnect all controllers from the Xbox 360 and disconnect the wireless headsets from the controllers.

Connect the wireless headset to the Xbox 360 using the USB cable. Turn on the wireless headset.

Sync the headset to quadrant 1 by pressing the "Connect" button on the on the Xbox 360. Then press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset for two seconds. Do not continue to press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset, as this will change the
quadrant to which it is connected. If the headset now works without the controllers attached, the problem must be with one of your controllers. If the headset still does not work, then the problem is with the headset.

I have the same problem ,

The headset must connect with the xbox one s as wireless, but the wrotw that must looking for another adapter.

So but the headset with playstation is ok , and it connect with usp wireless...
