    Xbox wireless hardware problem


    my Xbox One controller will not connect. In addition it says there may be a problem with the console's wireless Hardware and to try restarting it which does not do anything. My Wi-Fi does not show up when I attempt to setup the wireless. My controller
    will not sync nor will it connect with a cable. HELP!!

    Hi, on the xbox go to setting, all settings, network, advanced, alternate MAC address.

    Select the clear option and then the restart option, then try setting up your wireless connection again please.

    Why can't you try a wired connection? If you can you may still be able to game successfully if your wireless hardware is faulty. Let us know. Good Luck!
