XBox Wireless Controller Exchage

I have sent my Controller for exchange under warranty to the Istanbul-Turkey service center by UPS tracked delivery service. The controller was delivered 03/06/20 and the delivery note states that it was left at the "Dock" and received by "Ismail".

For some reason the order status has not been updated on my profile to show that they have received the item from me (which is slightly worrying considering you only get 30 days to complete an order) and is still at the shipping stage from myself.

I have tried multiple times to get through to Xbox support by phone and costumer service told me it is in on technical service and they requested sent back to me (since 20/06/2020) They have no idea what will happen
next time.

Please find a solution for my situation.

Since you did contact Xbox Support before, your case must be handled by hardware team. Therefore, I suggest that you contact the Support again please, They are the only one who can provide you with updates about your controller replacement.

Take it back and if you can't get a full refund, just exchage it for the Pro, which even used. Out sells xbox.

I think the gentleman you spoke to was correct. With that many issues this early, I strongly recommend exchaging the console ASAP.
