    Hello,

    i have a problem with my xbox one, i have 2 Wireless controller and they always disconnect from my xbox one, i already tried all this steps : Xbox One Wireless Controller Help | Fix Your Xbox One Controller

    but it changes Nothing.

    i have try to use my controller on another xbox one, and there is no problem, so i think there is a problem with my xbox, but i don't know what to do,

    if there is someone who can help me, i would really appreciate it.
