    Xbox Wireless Adapter


    I have recently bought the Xbox wireless adapter for windows and when I try to use it on my pc , I am getting a error code 56 "Windows is still setting up the class configuration for this device. (Code 56). Has anyone else experienced this and have managed to solve this?

    Gabriel can you try disconnecting the wireless adapter and open the app?
    If that works, connect the wireless adapter with the app opened.

    By the way, is this wireless adapter the Xbox Wireless adapter? Or is a Bluetooth adapter?

    Windows 10 use requires Bluetooth 4.2+, Xbox Wireless adapter or compatible USB-C cable. Each sold separately, explaining why both the adapter and cable weren't included with the headset.
