    Simple question; does the adapter work for xbox 360 controllers as well as xbox one controllers or only for xbox one controllers? If only xbox one controllers, where can i find an xbox 360 wireless adapter that is not trash? Thanks.

    Gabriel can you try disconnecting the wireless adapter and open the app?
    If that works, connect the wireless adapter with the app opened.

    By the way, is this wireless adapter the Xbox Wireless adapter? Or is a Bluetooth adapter?

    Windows 10 use requires Bluetooth 4.2+, Xbox Wireless adapter or compatible USB-C cable. Each sold separately, explaining why both the adapter and cable weren't included with the headset.
