Xbox wireless adapter - Poor sound quality

Why is this issue being ignored? People have been posting about this for over 2 years now and still no fixed?

I bought the dongle expecting to connect my headphones with the Xbox Controller. But the sound quality is very choppy and stuttering when gaming. What's the point of the dongle then? Is there even an attempt to fix this at all since it's been reported over two years ago?
