Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows randomly disconnecting

Hi,

Reccurent issue. I've tried all the solutions from the web such as :

- Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver in the Device Manager

- Unchecking the Power Management

- Disabling selective suspend in the advanced tab

- Disabling the Broadcasting from Nvidia GeForce Experience

- Updating the software from the Xbox Accessories app

- Disabling the USB selective suspend setting from the advanced settings in the power plan management

The adapter can be on the front USB (so next to the controller like 50 cm away) and on the back of the computer, it doesn't matter.

Nothing fixed the issue, it keeps disconnecting randomly. Most of the time, the light on the adapter goes off and the light on the controller blinks until the connection is restored. The issue can happen once in an hour or twice in 5 minutes.

I would like to know a proper way to troubleshoot the issue.

Oh my! Have you tried uninstalling and installing the accessories app?

Just did it, firmware is still on the same version.
