    If it were a built-in headphone jack, then it would turn off when the controller itself was turned off, right? It connects when I plug in my headset.

    I believe that listing is in fact for the Xbox controller's built-in headphone jack, not the headset itself, but it may just be a visual bug. If it doesn't affect performance, I wouldn't say it's a cause for concern, but I'd suggest reporting it in the Feedback Hub app anyway.

    Press the Windows logo key + F to take a screenshot and open Feedback Hub.

    In fact, it is the headset listed as a controller. And the controller is listed as a HID device. This doesn't affect performance as far as I've noticed.
