Xbox Wireless Adapter causes BSOD

Hi...

Just bought a Xbox Wireless Adapter and whenever I sync a controller with the adapter my PC blue screens. Once my PC starts booting up after the BSOD, the computer will continuously blue screen until the adapter is disconnected or Windows starts startup
repair. The error message is as follows: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (mt7612US.sys). I've been researching the error for a good hour now but I haven't found anything, so I thought maybe I could get some help on here. I'm running Windows
10 32-Bit.

Xbox One Wireless Adapter (BSOD)

It is now almost April and there is still no fix with this device. I have had BSOD issues as described. It seems to happen after 10-20 minutes of use. I have never had a peripheral cause crashes like this. Please let me know when this will be fixed.
I am running 32 bit Windows 10 OS.

This is just a thought but this appears to be a Windows 10 error. You might have some luck posting in a Windows 10 forum. www.techsupportforum.com/.../f338 Good Luck!

This is not a generic Windows 10 error. This is an error with the driver for the Xbox One wireless adapter. I am sick of this. It is the responsibility of Microsoft to fix the driver for their device.

I'm getting the same issue as HelpfulEarth and KindaPancake778 (I presume). Any updates to this? It is has rendered my PC unusable, and I'm in the right mind to return the adapter since it's primary functionality cannot be performed.

This time error is due to mt7612US.sys - Xbox Wireless Adapter with same date of 8-Dec-15. It means that this is not upgraded.

Can you disable this in Device Manager and see whether BSOD persists?

Bought the dongle this week and BSOD mt7612us.sys every time very shortly after starting to stream from XBONE. Controller works perfectly hard wired. The PC is Win 10 32bit. Updated the firmware on the controller, the mediatek update on the PC and the wireless
adapter driver update but still BSOD. It is not interference. The wireless adapter works fine on my other Win 10 PC, which is a 6 month old 64bit machine but I didn't buy it for this one. Not happy!
