Xbox Windows app doesn't scale screenshots correctly

When I open a screenshot the Xbox app does not show the entire screenshot. My monitor is 1080P but the open screenshot doesn't scale to see the entire image. Pretty annoying. As you can see in the image, I cannot see the the entire screenshot.

1080P monitor. This is the only app with scaling issues.

Did you zoom in your screenshot? Next time try setting your TV settings from Xbox One to 1080P. And make sure you do not use the zoom in feature.

Perhaps I am not being clear.

I am looking through my activity feed. I click on a screenshot that someone else has made. However, I cannot see the entire screenshot. These screenshots (from other users) were taken on an Xbox, but in the Windows app, it does not properly scale them.

I have no issues on the iPhone app or Xbox itself. Only the PC app when browsing the activity feed.

I am not referring to my own captures. This is an issue when I try to look at anyone's captures in the activity feed.

No one else has this issue? Has anyone here tried to look at a screenshot from an Xbox on the PC Xbox app?

If it really is just me, perhaps it's my video card, but since this is the only app with this issue, I'm not convinced this isn't an app issue.

I have looked at all the generic troubleshooting below and none of it seems to help.
