Xbox Windows 10 background recording/record the last 30 seconds feature

Hello Everyone.

I am having trouble with the Xbox Window 10 background recording (the feature that allows you to record things that happened 30 seconds ago).





The problem is that when select the "record that" button, it says that the video was recorded as it should. However, when I go to the capture folder the video is just a picture with audio from game I told Xbox to record (usually 30 seconds long because that's
the amount of time I have it set on). In other words, the audio was the only thing from the clip that was captured and it just shows a picture instead of the video of the game play. It usually shows the picture of a previous game (like in the screenshot provided)
or a picture of the loading screen.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
