    when i try to sign in my account on xbox app on the windows it always says "you are not connected to the internet" and when i try again it says "0x80004003"

    i tried to use some of the solutions that xbox.com give but they did work.

    can any one help ?

    You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.

    Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

    If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.
