    Xbox Windows 10 App cant sign in

    Upon opening the app I get the top banner error message. If I try to follow it I get a continue button to try and fix it, clicking it leads nowhere. If I try to sign in via top left - app turns to blank black screen.

    If I go into settings there is a failed http request call

    I have tried restarting my pc, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No change.

    Hi fabioo75,

    Can you sign in in your xbox? Is this error only on Xbox App?

    You can try clear all the data for this app on Windows 10, just go to Windows Settings > Apps > Choose Xbox on the list > Advanced Options and select Restore.

    Hello!

    It sounds like you are having trouble signing into the Xbox App on Windows 10 is that correct? If so, are you able to successfully sign into your Microsoft account at
    Microsoft Account Website? If you are I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app and trying again after that. Let us know with a reply how it goes.

    Thanks for your time, I've just tried the restore option and it didn't worked out.

    as for your Question , no i don't have an Xbox, so im only facing this issue with the Xbox app.

    Is there any other way to fix this error ? thanks again
