Xbox Win10 app notifications

Discus and support Xbox Win10 app notifications in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have turned off all notifications in the account settings on Xbox windows 10 app, but I still Constantly get notifications for games added/leaving...     I have turned off all notifications in the account settings on Xbox windows 10 app, but I still Constantly get notifications for games added/leaving gamepass etc.

    If i turn off notifications I SHOULDNT GET ANY

    I had changed my Xbox gamer tag a few weeks back, but it never appeared.

    but its appearing on the xbox app for win10, just not on games.

    I get the same. I'm on a Win7 upgraded laptop (now on Win10). I checked the Notification settings and they're all On. Any further ideas?
