Xbox will randomly disconnect from Xbox live and reconnect a few seconds later

So ive had this issue with my xbox for a few months now where it will randomley disconnect and reconnect from xbox live only while i play online games. This happens mutiple times when i do play but never when im using apps or playing offline games (sidenote,
it is only my xbox that disconnects, no other device i have disconnects). Ive tried pretty much eveything i could do multiple times aside from just buying a new router which im almost certain wont fix it.

Firstly try this support page :"My Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live"

Are you using wireless or wired connection. if wireless try using wired.

Happened a third time just a few seconds ago. In a game, everything's go, and bam, disconnected from Xbox Live. Reconnecting in a way similar to the second example.

Thanks, that seems to have also helped my second problem of randomly disconnecting from Xbox live.

That didn't help either...

I just tried to play again and it disconnected me 3 times.

(Yes is does disconnect me completely from Xbox Live)

The first time I could reconnect to Xbox Live immediately after 5 seconds, the second time it showed me the error code "8015190E" then after 30-60 seconds I could reconnect and the third time i could reconnect immediately again.

is anyone having issues where the controllers are constantly disconnecting from the xbox one and then won't reconnect? We got this same console and the controllers disconnect every few days and to get them to reconnect we have to unplug the xbox for 20
seconds then reconnect it. using the connect buttons on the controller/console does nothing for some reason (no issues like this on the regular xbox one we have). very disappointing.
