    Xbox will not work ever in the last months!!!


    Microsoft Store isn't working, gamepass renew subscription isn't working, can't renew it, it's not my internet because it was working for years until all of a sudden it did this, I'm stressed and can't handle it anymore, not working for any of my siblings either....can't buy any games either, it's always a loading screen....please help me, it's stressing my mum out too can't play anything until I get my gamepass renewed.

    Same here ever since last month I've had problems downloading the free games with gold.up to last month everything downloaded fine I've tried everything to resolve this issue I've even put my xbox back to factory settings with no joy at all

    I just want the games i cheated on removed as they were only a one off as we do play games legit our whole family of the family pack... Which you can use as references...I know it was wrong but we have put so much in to xbox for this to happen just seems
    a little unfair...

    Unfortunately there might not be a way for Xbox to verify if you cheated on the other games too. So therefore they cannot award you any of your Gamerscore back to you. Any missed amount of time on your Live could possibly given back but that is up the enforcement
    team.

    sorry your account is your responsibility at all times so if your friend put something on your bio, you take the suspension. as for the cheating thing, once you get reset for cheating there is no appeal, and no you cannot get any games that had scores earned
    on them (even the ones with the scores reset to zero) removed.

    Got the 1000g last month. Far Cry 3 is perhaps the Best Game I've ever played in a while.. :)
