Xbox will not show Wifi

So my new xbox series x stopped showing any WiFi at all and after some research I know it’s not a new problem but the thing is it will not let me go offline at all and it’s always show I’m connected to a WiFi called wireless and I can’t disconnect from it and I can’t clear my MAC address because when I press it my xbox will not restart and I have tried LITERALLY every troubleshoot method I factory reset it 10 times unplugged power switched the whole router and the Internet provider even updated it and it’s not a thing with my internet because i have an xbox one for four years and never had that problem and it still working fine and I know weird works fine but it’s still annoying I can’t use my wifi and I know a lot of people have the same problem so we should just ask xbox to find a solution because the problem is with the software

And please don’t tell me to try any troubleshooting methods I did them all

Sorry to hear about what happened. We are still not sure whether it's a software issue or a hardware issue. Since you have already performed a factory reset, it's most likely an issue with the console's wireless hardware already.

If you haven't tried to perform an offline system update, you may try that instead.

On the other hand, if you believe that it's a software issue, the Microsoft/Xbox Team really appreciate all our suggestions and feedback to help them improve their products & services. I recommend that you instead report the issue directly to them by using the Report a problem app on your console so this will be investigated properly. Nothing you said is correct, the correct fix is to clear the alternate MAC Address:

Settings -> General -> Network Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Alternate MAC address -> Choose “Clear” from that menu.

Your responses must have waisted so many users’ time. I don’t understand why you all answer questions that you have no idea about. Honestly, do you even know WHY my fix works but yours doesn’t (and rather wastes money/time)?
