Xbox will not refund mass payments

Basically what happend was i bought a game pass for my 4 year old son and robux on a game called roblox. After doing so it would not allow me to remove my bank card with the game pass active they wanted to make things difficult for me so they can suck money
out of me, i had no other choice but to lock it down and passcode.

When i checked my bank it says i have made 12 £5 payments to xbox when i only done one. I spoke to 3 diffrent people on the phone and they are telling me xbox have not accepted the cash from me call my bank but when i asked my bank where is my money they
told me xbox took it. So i was told to email a refund request or something and now They are telling me i have reached my limit of allowed refunds by email but on the phone all 3 garanteed i can have a refund for all of them in my situation

Is there any leagal action i can take against xbox? I have cash..

If you want to remove your bank account info on xbox you have to turn off recurring billing on game pass and it will stop billing your account every month than you can remove your bank account from the xbox. Hope this helps.

Thanks. It did but it didnt. Atleast now i dont have to worry. But i wouldnt put my card details on an xbox after this

I'm having the same problem right now.

2 payments booked from my paypal account, 1min later 1 payment was refunded to my paypal account (the second payment was not refunded).

And now my status for my EA Access is inactive on my Xbox.

Any solutions yet?
