    xbox will not load any content, no games or apps, just the home screen. PLEASE HELP!


    I turned on my Xbox One for the first time today. The home screen loads normally. Whenever I try to load a game or app I get error messages that do not show up in the error code search or I get a message telling me to sign in with the account that owns
    the game or go to the store and purchase the game. I have tried restarting my xbox. The same issue. I have signed out of my account and back in, same issue. I have gone through the help menus looking for anything and nothing seems to be related to this.
    PLEASE HELP!

    this new UI really is just horrible....

    I just wish I could access ALL of my games, apps, settings, friends, messages, active downloads, settings, etc. in one menu, like you can on the Xbox 360 simply by pressing the guide button. No apps to load, no snap, no share, no home screen. Just one button
    and one menu. The content should be the focal point, not the UI.

    My COD WW2 will not load after the load screens it just goes black I've tried quiting the game on the home screen, uninstalling and reinstalling and even rebooting my Xbox. Does anyone have any other ideas to try please?

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Let's have you first factory reset your
    Xbox One console using the "keep my games and apps" option, then trying again. The next step would be to reset your router/modem—you will need to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.

    Xbox One console using the "keep my games and apps" option, then trying again. The next step would be to reset your router/modem—you will need to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.

    "Xbox..." voice commands & OneGuide broken in last night's update?

    My experience is similar. None of the voice commands work for me anymore but on top of that...

    I try to load up a game and the initial game screen loads but then it just goes back to the home screen. When I open Games and Apps, it just spins forever, and it never shows the number of "games", "apps", "ready to install", or "updates". However "memberships"
    populates just fine. My cable company "Spectrum" has an app and i'm able to watch TV using that App, but "CrunchyRoll" app never loads. Lastly, if I try to go to Settings > System > Storage, the menu freezes. I have to use the home button to go home and quit the
    "Settings" app. Is any of this happening to you?
