Xbox will not let me sign in or add my account

Hi Hitman,

Thanks for letting us know it hasn't worked. We recommend trying a
soft factory reset. If after the soft reset it still doing the same thing, we recommend to request a call from support there may be an issue with the account. Try adding another profile to the Xbox console as well.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to sign into your account, or even now, adding an account.

As you mentioned, error code 0x87DD000F claims that this could be an issue with the

Xbox Live service status, however, this can also imply intermittent connection issues.

I recommend taking a look at the
Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution wizard and see if this helps provide a solution for not being able to add any additional accounts to your console.

Additionally using an alternate network such as a mobile hotspot just to download the profile would shed some light on what the source of this error code is.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

Yeah still did nothing. It connected back to the internet and still would not let me add an account.

Did you tried to reboot or reset your internet router/modem?

Tried all the steps, console says everything is good with network connection and i tried an alternate wifi network. Still will not allow me to add my account back.
