Xbox Will not let me re add my account

Thank you for the quick response, I’m doing just that and stressing myself out after the reset and not being able to add an account, hopefully its all resolved soon.

There seems to an issue somewhere, as we have had multiple user complaining of the same problem.

If we find any solution, I'll post it back here. All I can suggest in the meantime is to leave the console on, connected and just keep trying.

I'm not 100% sure but I think there is a latency issue on their network.

There is a current service alert on https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status affecting core services like signing in or adding accounts. I would suggest logging
into the webpage that I linked and sign up to receive a notification when the issue is resolved and you can sign in again.

Have you tried to add your account following the steps below?

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

3. Enter the email address and password for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences.

I've been having trouble accessing my Xbox One out of the blue for some unknown reason. It allows me to play games but it isn't allowing me to sign in to any account at all or even add accounts. Its now concerning because I removed my main account from
the Xbox and now isnt letting me re-add it and is showing me an error. Profile pictures and most of the home layout on the xbox is having trouble loading as well.
