xbox will not let me play BO3?

my sister just got me an xbox one last night as well as BO3 and as soon as i got everything set up and put the game it it would not let me play? it said i was considered a child and would need to add someone to my family to approve me as an adult. not only
is this weird because i am 23 and should have no problem being allowed to play this game, but i double checked my birthday settings in outlook and everything said it was good and that i had an adult account. so i gave in and decided to try to add someone to
my family to give me clearance and it said i had to delete the one person i already had in my family. so i spent hours trying to find a button or link to delete the person i already had so i could add the new one and there is nothing? no matter what i do i
cannot delete them from my family. how do i get clearance to play my game?

It does still say it. I am wasting 20 dollars and 6.5 gigabites. It doesnt let me play it all.

So let me see if I understand this, because its happening to me also, BO3 (which just came out) will not install on XBOX 1. It actually stops for me at 3%, I have uninstalled and attempted to reinstall 15 times. My xbox network is not wireless, hardwired
only.

Activation is not responding to my BO3 issues and it appears XBOX is not responding either!

In my router i can see what ports upnp open, on xbox one open 3074 and 3075 playing BO3, playing destiny open 3074 and 1200.

What about other ports its need to be open by portford or porttrigger.

i put upnp-off and porttrigge-on with all ports BO3 show me moderate nat in xbox one setings menu and in-game , if i turn on upnp and porttrigger the nat show me open
