    xbox will not go to factory reset mode


    My xbox black screened me because of update and, like hundreds if not thousands of other gamers, when i go to factory reset it by pressing and holding the buttons it does'nt work. I tried most of the suggested ways of getting it to work again with no success,
    will continue trying the different ways with low expectations of it working. Honestly think that with the greed i see, experience and hear of everyday being an insider and ambassador of Microsofts this very well could have been intentional to favor the most
    expensive xbox to date being released soon. Look at the lengths that people will go today to get what they want and then look back at how many scandless acts Microsoft did to line there pockets. with all these sales Playstation gonna look mighty infieror.

    I recommend that you make your console go into safe mode to be able to reset your factory console

    You should be able to factory reset. Have you tried holding down the power button on the XBOX for 10 seconds to get it to reset and boot into low resolution mode? Then try from there to go to the factory reset option. You will lose your apps and have
    to re-download them, but all your game saves will be available after from the Xbox live cloud.

    How do you factory hardware reset (not through the dashboard)?

    You can reset to factory default settings but it is in the system settings so you need to be able to see what you are doing so you can navigate the menus, unlike the low resolution mode boot up. Would be nice if they maybe added a button configuration to
    reset to factory defaults on start up like the low res mode since a few people have had this problem.

    I've done the hard reset and factory reset as well. It's wireless router i put in bridge mode. I was hoping this was known issue for xbox one.

    Have you tried doing an offline update using a usb flash drive? Try this link here - Offline update It will give you all the steps to
    follow. Also are you trying to do a full factory reset or are you keeping games and apps?
