Xbox will not download anything new or old

Hi for 3 days I have been unable to play anything or download any updates or previously purchased content, I saw on Xbox.com/status that there was a content usage/download issue, then I received a message from xbox saying it has been resolved....its not.

Yes I have done various hard resets etc......Not my internet connection as my (cover your ears) PS4 is working perfectly as are my PC's.......whats happening an when can I expect it up an running again?

Downloading Profile

Did u create a new account or playing with ur old account? If u r using a new account u dont have to download anything, but to use ur old profile u need to download it to ur current console. just enter the email address and password that was associated
with that account in the "Download Profile" section on the Xbox Guide Screen.

Xbox one profile transfer?

No your new account is not affected by anything that happened on the old account. Nothing will happen to you when you download this profile onto your Xbox One. Absolutely nothing at all.

EVERY old gen xbox game either it is a disc or downloaded needs a hard drive attached (if old style) or inserted (slim style) this is not old news. no contacting MS will not help as there are NO refunds on anything bought from the marketplace, it is not
MS fault you do not have the hard drive on (or in) your console, sorry.

Did you do a license transfer to the new console? It's probably trying to queue up for it to download on your old console, but you aren't on it so it never does anything.
