Discus and support xbox will not connect to xbox live. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; im not banned or anything as far as I know.     im not banned or anything as far as I know. I have hard restarted the xbox, internet, and anything I can think of. not sure what else to do? tried getting onto another game to see if it will go online on that and still nothing. that is with a disc inserted
    also.
