    last night or early this morning @ approximately 1:30 AM GMT my xbox crashed. After much difficulty i was able to come up with a possible prognosis. I believe that somehow my XBox S missed a critical update [ namely the update which i believe was supposed to be fixable via a download from a pc in the form of an ISO and an offline upload onto my XBox S. considering i have found conflicting information and my lack of success i am left wondering if this was the problem at all. If this is a problem that is known and or has been previously fixed i would be most greatful to lknow what my best course of action moving forward is. I look forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience and thank you in advance for your teams dedication to helping with any and all problems i have had in the past. I always know i can turn to microsoft for support when i cannot figure out the answer to the problem on my own.

    Your console power on as soon as you press the button, right?

    If yes, are you receiving an error message? or the console is stuck on the Xbox logo (or something similar)?

    In the meantime, if your console hardware is fine, you should be able to perform the offline update:

    As you have the Xbox S (Series S or One S) you only need to download the OSU 1 file from the link above
