This issue happens to me every now and then with my original Xbox One (Day One). The best remedy for Xbox Wi-Fi issues is always having a wired connection. Are you able to use a wired connection through Ethernet?

If you're unable to have a wired connection, try unplugging your router, waiting 45-60 seconds, and plugging it back in. If you've already tried that, I'd then recommend doing a

complete power cycle on your console.

If you've exhausted all of these options, then I'd recommend getting on a computer, tablet, or phone and performing an internet speed test. There are several great options but I personally recommend
Ookla's Speedtest. Once finished, feel free to reply to my comment or your thread with your results! For security purposes, please only provide your upload and download speed, and not
your IP address.
