Xbox wifi not working

It's my wifi won't connect to my xbox everything else works fine on the wifi but the wifi won't connect to my xbox one x

So you mean to say that the console works fine when using wired connection but only Wifi is not working, right? Because if it does not detect your wireless connection properly, then the console might be defective and needs a service.

the WiFi was working fine it’s happened when I got it

And works fine wired

Have you already tried using wired connection to see if that works?

This could already be a problem with the console if all methods are already being done. This might need to be sent in for service if that is the case.
