Xbox WiFi keeps disconnecting at 21:00hrs

Hi,

My Xbox keeps disconnecting at exactly 21:00hrs every night and I can't tell why. A restart will only bring the WiFi back for 2-5 mins before it disconnects again.

I've gone through all settings and cannot find anything that may be causing this and trying to talk to Support has taken me round in circles for the last hour as the system seems designed to prevent me from speaking with an actual human being.

I'm tearing my hair out here, can anyone suggest anything that might be causing this?

It never hurts to check the firmware of your router too. I've seen many strange thing fixed with a router firmware update.

Hope you get this resolved soon, nothing like being shot down in your prime playing time.

It is the console only, do I check the Xbox settings or contact the WiFi supplier as I did now have this issue with the PS4 I previously owned. It seems specific to this console amd no other device.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issues where your console disconnects from your wireless network at a specific time. The Xbox One does not have a specific setting to disconnect at certain times outside of being restricted under
family settings. Have you attempted to check your router for any sort of automatic restart option? Most home router/modem/gateways have options to restart at a time that can be set by the user or the manufacturer. Also, you may want to connect your console
using an ethernet cable to your network device instead of using wireless.
