Discus and support Xbox wifi antenna in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Can I put a wifi antenna on my Xbox one s?     Can I put a wifi antenna on my Xbox one s? I cannot run an ethernet cable to its location so I'm wondering if I can just attach an antenna to the port on the back.

    Unfortunately this is not possible mate :c

    If you connect a wifi antenna to the port, Xbox system probably is not going to recognize it.

    external antennas are low cost and do wonders for wifi and bluetooth

    I had a similiar issue with a laptop once. It ended up being the wifi antenna interfering with another antenna in my blue ray player in its vicinity. Have you tried to test wifi connectivity to/from the xbox 1 from another tv?

    I'm a newbie. I understand. The original XBOX 360 has no internal antenna. Seems like I need to get the original one and not add the external antenna. Would that work? However, would it still radiate WIFI signals? How do I order the original one with no antenna if so?
