I have issues with Xbox.com a lot too, sadly. Lately when I try to view a profile, it no longer shows the persons profile tile at the top where you can Add them or see their avatar and gamerscore etc. I'm not sure why the website is always having so many
issues. It's a huge website, xbox.com, and it should be maintained without a problem by such a huge software company such as Microsoft. I hope they tend to the website soon and get everything up and running.
