Xbox weekly sets for Microsoft rewards is not giving bonus points.

Hello

I have been using Microsoft Rewards for almost a year now. I was wondering if anyone can help me with this problem.

Within Microsoft Rewards app (solely used for Xbox) the is a weekly set that anyone can complete for points (only on Xbox). Once you complete a set for that week, you get points and bonus points. If you complete 2 weeks in a row, you get points for each
of those weeks and you get bonus points for each of those weeks. Every time you complete a week, you get 100 points and several bonus points. If I remember correctly, in addiction to getting 100 points each week, you can also get more bonus points for streaks.
As long as you are complete each set week after week without missing a single week, the bonus pints will build on each other.

Week 1-5 is 100 bonus points.

Week 5-10 is 500 bonus points

Week 10-20 is 1000 bonus points

Week 20-30 is 2500 bonus points

And so on.

Now, my problem is that I have been on a 17-week streak and I noticed around week 11 that I wasn’t getting any bonus points. I was still completing the weekly set as always and was keeping my streak up. However, I was only receiving the standard 100 points
without the bonus. I wanted to know if this was a glitch, system error, or a permanent change that removes the bonuses. I tried contacting Microsoft support about this issue, but I haven’t gotten a response in 3 days. I know that things may be slow due to
COVID-19, but I just want to make sure that this is being looked at. Also, is there anyway that a can receive the 5000-6000 bonus points that were not giving to me after completing those weekly sets? I am still completing weekly sets as of this message. However,
I can’t do this forever and its not a rewarding if I’m not getting my bonus points for keeping up my weekly streak.

When you visit the Xbox Live Rewards page you can find a link the FAQ for the transition to Microsoft Rewards. The FAQ indicates that your MyVIP Star Rank will give you bonus Points for your purchases, e.g., 4 Star Rank will give
you 80 bonus points per $1 spent (90 points per dollar total). This will extend through Dec 31, 2018.

I have been getting the same robotic response every week when I write in;

"This is Ace from Microsoft Rewards support and I will be assisting you with Service Request 1539527606. I hope that you are having an incredible week despite of your concern.

You reported that you did not receive your milestone points and that your weekly streak has reset. I understand that you worked hard to get this far in weekly streak and not getting the points for it could really be concerning.

Allow me to inform you that upon checking your account, I have confirmed that the 2500 points for your 40th week streak has been already credited to your account. Please be guided that the succeeding milestone points will be credited every 10 weeks thereafter. Also, I have confirmed that your weekly streak is still intact at 43 weeks.

It seems they know its broken and just dont want to pay out the points. So far 2800 points that I've not received. And surely its much more because I just now started paying attention.
