Xbox Weekly Sales - Not Able To Make Purchase

This past Monday 4/13/20 I attempted to purchase The Elder Scrolls Special Edition. I first tried on my computer but wasn't able to, my Xbox App on my tablet, wasn't able to - and finally my Xbox via the Store. For about 2 hours I would get the same
error message - Try That Again Something Happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. Well I waited for about 2 hours and it never went through. Access the Xbox Support page via Twitter, I saw that there was an issue, but it had been corrected. I took
a picture and sent a private message via Twitter. I contacted Customer Support for follow up - Conversation ref# 1498889793 and Angela suggested I post here to get support. All I want to do is purchase the game at the sales price. I had shared the image
with Angela, it doesn't look like I can here.
