    Every time I try and click the Recently Played Links (under Home on Xbox.com) I get sent to an "oops" error page.

    I am trying to find out what games I downloaded before and which ones I can download again, but this is not helping!

    Also, why do you make it so freak'n hard to get support? I had to click a billion links just to get here. Just to find out I can't even post (helpful) pics, because I get another error, that says only Known URLs and the following file extension are acceptable...
    File extensions you never list!!!!

    Sorry, but it is ridiculous, all I want to do is tell you that your site is broken! It shouldn't be this time consuming/annoying to do that!
